Level III Steel Plates are 10" x 12" shooter's cut plates and are coated with an anti-frag poly coating. They are made in America by Phalanx Defense Systems with a ten year warranty. Steel plates have been tested for Level III and carry the NIJ Level III certification. Total weight is 18 lbs.

Level IV Ceramic Plates have been tested for NIJ Level IV strength, and do not carry the NIJ Level IV designation. Ceramic plates are imported and come with a five year warranty. Total weight is 15 lbs.
